Erin’s upbringing in and around sports ignited her passion for muscular therapy. As a licensed therapist with over 24 years of experience, she has developed the knowledge, tools, and expertise to achieve successful outcomes. She has received advanced training in a variety of modalities, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Hot Stone, Trigger Point Therapy, and Active Release Techniques. By integrating these approaches, Erin strives to deliver optimal results for every client.
