REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy govern the terms and conditions regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations for massage services booked through our website or in-person appointments. Please carefully review this policy before scheduling your massage appointment.

  1. Refunds:

    • Massage Services: We strive to provide the highest quality massage services. If you are dissatisfied with your massage experience, please notify us immediately. Refunds for massage services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    • Products: Any products purchased from us, such as massage oils or accessories, are eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

  2. Returns:

    • Products: To initiate a return for a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with the returned item(s). Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 days.

  3. Cancellations:

    • Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of your service. 

    • Group Bookings: For group bookings or events, please refer to our specific cancellation policy outlined in your booking agreement.

  4. Chargebacks and Disputes:

    • We encourage clients to contact us directly to address any concerns or issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution. Chargebacks and disputes can result in additional fees and penalties.
