Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking an appointment through our online system, over the phone, or in person constitutes an agreement to these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service.

3. Arrival Time: Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure prompt service for subsequent clients.

4. Health Considerations: Clients are required to inform their therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect their massage treatment. This information will be kept confidential and is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of the client.

5. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Professional Conduct: Our therapists adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. Any inappropriate behavior or request for illicit services will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. Muscle Reconstruction Therapy is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
